Terms of Service

This agreement ("Terms") governs your use of the pet waste removal services ("Service") provided by ClearYard Scoop Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling or using our Service, you ("Client") agree to these terms.
1. Service and Satisfaction Guarantee
We will perform a thorough removal of pet waste from the designated service area. We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will return to re-scoop the area of concern at no additional charge.
2. Client Responsibilities: Access & Safety
Yard Access
The Client must ensure our technicians have safe and clear access to the service area on the scheduled service day. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked or providing us with a key or code. If we cannot access the service area, the service will be skipped, but the Client will be charged for the visit.
Aggressive Animals
For the safety of our employees, all dogs must be kept indoors or otherwise secured away from the service area during our visit. If an aggressive or overly friendly dog prevents our technician from safely entering the yard, the service will be skipped, but the Client will be charged for the visit.
Yard Conditions
The service area must be free of major obstructions. This includes overgrown grass, excessive leaves, trash, or standing water that would prevent a thorough cleaning. We will do our best to clean visible areas, but we are not responsible for waste that is missed due to poor yard conditions.
3. Billing and Payments

Payment is due upon completion of each service.
Automatic Payments
By providing your payment information, you authorize ClearYard Scoop Co. to automatically charge your credit/debit card for the agreed-upon amount after each service visit is completed.
Payment Failure
If a payment fails to process, services may be suspended until the balance is paid.
Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes.
4. Service Schedule & Policies
Weather
We work in most weather conditions. However, we may need to reschedule a service due to severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, heavy snow, extreme temperatures). We will notify you as soon as possible if a reschedule is necessary. We will make every effort to make up the visit within the same week.
Holidays
We do not work on major national holidays. Your service will typically be rescheduled for the day before or the day after the holiday.
Cancellations & Skipping a Visit
To cancel or skip a scheduled service, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If a 24-hour notice is not provided, you will be charged for the visit.
5. Limitation of Liability
ClearYard Scoop Co. and its employees take great care while on your property. However, we are not liable for any damage to property or for any incidents involving pets.
Gates
Our technicians will securely close any gates they open. However, we are not responsible if a pet escapes the yard. The Client is responsible for ensuring their pet is secure before and after our service visit.
Property Damage
We are not responsible for damage to sprinkler systems, landscape lighting, or other items that are not properly maintained or are located in the service area.
6. Cancellation of Service
You may cancel your recurring service at any time for any reason. Please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice before your next scheduled service day to avoid being charged for that visit.
7. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
